食物アレルギー対応について

食物アレルギーをお持ちのお客様にもお食事をお楽しみいただけるよう、できる限りの対応に取り組んでおり、ご要望に応じてメニューを提案いたします。

ご宿泊のご予約時、食物アレルギーをお持ちのお客様には、お食事時間の速やかなご提供および料理材料準備の観点から下記のご協力をお願いしております。
※当日ご到着時には、ご対応できない場合がございます。
ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

＜食物アレルギー対応のご留意事項＞
1.使用食材につきましては、製造元からの情報をもとに確認しております。
2.他のメニューと同一の厨房で調理するため、また調理・洗浄機器についても、他のメニューと共通のものを使用するため、調理過程においてアレルゲン物質が微量に混入する可能性があります。 また、使用食材も製造元の生産過程においてアレルゲン物質が微量に混入する可能性があります。
3.上記事由により、提供する料理は完全なアレルギー対応メニューではございませんので、予めご留意くださいます様お願い申し上げます。
また症状が重篤な場合はお客さまの安全のため、やむをえずお断りする場合がございますので予めご了承ください。
4.ご注文に際して、上記内容をご確認のうえ、お客様による最終的ご判断をお願いいたします。

We do our best to accommodate your request as much as possible so that even guests with food allergies can enjoy our dishes.
In order to serve dishes promptly and prepare ingredients, we kindly request guests with food allergies to cooperate with the following.
(We may not be able to accommodate your request upon arrival on the day. Thank you for your understanding.)

＜Notes regarding food allergies＞
1. We confirm the ingredients based on information from the manufacturers.
2. There is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be mixed in during the cooking process since all food are prepared in the same kitchen and some cooking utensils and dish washer are shared with other menus.
Furthermore, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens could be present in the ingredients utilized by the manufacturer during their manufacturing process.
3. For the above reasons, please note that the dishes we serve are not completely allergy friendly.
Please also note that we may refuse to serve dish to those with severe symptoms.
